This C16th palace, originally the home of the Ram family, was converted into a hotel in the sixties and then refurbished in 2013 to provide modern day comforts alongside classical elegance.
Maintaining many of its original features, its charm lies in its ambience of the past and of its position. Right in the centre of the amazingly preserved, walled, medieval town of Morella, you step out into an arcaded street, which despite its many visitors, literally takes you back centuries!
Its spacious and comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished bedrooms, its inviting restaurant serving typical dishes of the region and its helpful and friendly staff, make for a relaxing and memorable stay.
With the town's monuments, including the superb gothic Basilica de Santa Maria La Mayor, right on your doorstep, you might be content to stay put, but the surrounding area of the Maestrazgo with is fascinating towns and villages will beckon and you are no better placed for that exploration.

A continental breakfast, including cured meats and cheese, is served in the lovely, traditional dining room on the ground floor.
The restaurant also offers lunches and dinners (open to the public) with an a la carte menu, menu del dia and menu degustacion. The cooking is regional with some innovative touches, using best quality local ingredients.
