The main Parador building is categorised as a national monument and has been tastefully restored retaining its original character.

One room is adapted for guests with limited mobility.All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with free toiletries, a safety Deposit Box, satellite TV and telephone heating and hairdryer.Superior rooms are located in the historic building whilst standard rooms are in the annex immediately adjacent to the historic building.
Central location in a magnificent, heritage building right by the castle NB - Parking is nearby in a public car park (3 mins walk). On arrival and departure you can drive to the hotel door to unload / load.
Buffet breakfast served in the dining room.The hotel has an elegant restaurant specialising in Navarran cuisine making the most of the famous vegetables (asparagus, artichokes, peppers) and lamb and, of course, the excellent local wines (you can see some of the vineyards from the back of the hotel)There is also a bar serving drinks and lighter snacks.
Olite is one of of Spain's most spectacular and best-kept medieval towns with its delightful old-town huddled around and below the fairy-tale Royal Palace-cum-Castle, once home to the Kings of Navarra. The castle itself is not to be missed but just to stroll around the ancient streets is fascinating with many noble houses boasting imposing arched doorways and coats of arms. At the heart of the Navarran wine region and at the north of the Ribera de Navarra, famed for its delicious high-end market-garden produce, Olite is the ideal base to enjoy the region's wonderful gastronomic offering. The town has a good selection of bars and restaurants, mostly arranged around the main squares, and a lovely outdoor municipal pool for when things get hot (and in the summer months they certainly can).
