The hotel itself is family run and nicely appointed. In 2010 an extension was added with very good sized rooms including two junior suites and rooms for the disabled on the ground floor. It has a popular sidreria (Asturian cider house) which serves generous portions of good local produce at reasonable prices.

There are bedrooms on the ground floor adapted for disabled use.
