This small guest house at the heart of the seaside resort of Vila Nova de Mil Fontes owned by the same family for over 100 years has been recently restored minimalist yet homely décor with a pleasant seaside feel, making the most of the wonderful light of the Costa Vicentina. The rooms offer views to the town and the river but the star is the rooftop terrace which offers stunning views over the Mira River and out to the Atlantic Ocean, the ideal spot to relax, read, or simply sunbathe at the end of a hard-day's exploring. The town has two sandy beaches, Franquia and Farol, both within a 20-minute walk and the Furnas Beach on the other side of the estuary can be reached by bridge or a boat ride. Straight from the door you'll find plenty of options for eating out with a good selection of bars and cafes within 500m of the hotel. The spectacular Fisherman's Trail - the coastal variant of the Rota Vicentina hiking trail - stretches north and south of the town offering wonderful Atlantic landscapes and there are no end of wild and wonderful beaches to explore within easy reach.
Ten rooms (doubles, twins and suites) and a studio apartment. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, flat-screen TV. All rooms have WIFI (free), flat-screen TV and en-suite bathrooms. Suites have a balcony. The apartment, adjoining the hotel, is on the ground floor and has a good sized open plan living room/bedroom with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and enclosed terrace. Rooftop terrace with views of the Mira River, Atlantic Ocean and the old town, where guests can relax, read, or simply sunbathe.

Breakfast is served buffet-style in the dining room and you can have it in your room, balcony or terrace if you prefer. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are plenty of options within 500m of the hotel.
