The 17th-century manor house Pazo de Bazén, has been restored to provide all the comforts of a 4-star hotel, including comfortable and well-lit rooms, whilst retaining its stately feel with a wonderful interior courtyard and gallery.

The hotel is set in its own extensive grounds and has a swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in summer. The courtyard serves as a bar restaurant in warmer months – the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of Albari?o.

The d?cor and furnishings are traditional, in keeping with the building's history, but most rooms have large windows onto the gardens or courtyard and are light and airy.

Located in the region of O Salnés in the Rías Baixas region of Galicia, the picturesque, working fishing port of Cambados also serves as the capital of the Albariño wine region – so you're in for a gastronomic treat.

The Ria de Arouxa is has much to explore – take a boat ride to see the shellfish harvesting and picnic on one of the tiny islands or cross the bridge to Isla de Arouxa, full of unspoilt delights. In Cambados there are also urban beaches with fine sand such as A Mouta Beach, where the San Sadurniño Tower, the remains of an ancient fortification that defended the town from attackers, still stands.
