At the foot of the Sierras Subb?ticas Nature Park rising up to over 1200m there is wonderful walking, cycling, birdwatching and a host of other mountain activities just nearby. Priego de Cordoba with its labyrinthine old town, pristine white and festooned with geraniums and its elegant fountains, is just ten minutes' drive away. You can visit the truly magnificent Fortaleza de la Mota at Alcal? la Real within half an hour. Half way between Granada and Cordoba, just over an hour to either side, the hotel is ideal for those wishing to explore the region from a single base and the friendly owners will help you get the most of your stay and advise on excursions to the main cities, as well as all manner of other activities in and near Priego itself.
34 rooms including 2 suites, 2 junior suites and 30 doubles, some which can serve as single and triple rooms. All rooms have en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning & heating, TV, telephone, WiFi connection, minibar, hairdryer and strongbox.

The owners can arrange visits, tastings, bike hire and all manner of activities either directly from reception or via their own local agency in the town. There are also tennis courts just next door which the hotel can arrange for guests.
Good restaurant, popular with locals offering traditional dishes from the region and selected local produce. Local specialities include excellent olive oil, Montilla Moriles wines, cheeses and lamb dishes.
